On Tuesday, December 17th, DSFCU will upgrade to a new and improved Online and Mobile Banking platform. The new digital banking will feature:
- Improved and updated design
- Easier navigation
- Member-to-Member transfers
We expect the transition to be seamless for you. On Tuesday, December 17th, the current system will become unavailable while we transition. The new Online Banking platform should be available around 10am. When we launch the new platform, you will continue to log in with your current username and password. Bill Pay will remain unchanged, so all of your payees and scheduled payments will transition into the new system. You will need to re-enroll in any account alerts you would like to receive via email or text.
If you use the mobile banking app, you will need to delete the old app and download the new app from the App Store or Google Play.
